Graduation: Graduation will be held Sunday May 28, 1:00 in the NHS Gymnasium. Graduates should arrive at 11:00 for pictures. Annual Art Show!!! Today the MS/HS Art Show is being held in the gym foyer from 8am to 4pm - come see all the wonderful artwork our Nyssa Bulldogs have created this year!!!

Class of 2024 Meeting Reminder - Today at 6pm in the Auditorium to discuss plans for fundraising!! All parents and students of the class of 224 are encouraged to attend this meeting!!

NHS Junior Megan Ward got to experience a South Africa Wildlife for her future veterinary career. Today she said, "Been super busy, did a wildebeest capture.....roads are bumpy and lady drives crazy but other than that it's been good." Super excited for you Megan and your adventures!!

Parents and Students - Class of 2024!! There will be a short meeting on the 23rd (tomorrow) at 6pm @ the NHS Auditorium to discuss plans for fundraising opportunities!! Remember kids: you have to work hard to play hard!! All parents and students of the class of 2024 are encouraged to attend this meeting to start discussing fundraisers and more!!!

FUNDRAISER ALERT!!!! Today from 8am to 3pm the Nyssa HOSA Yardsale will be held at the Nyssa High School Parking lot by the District Office - There will also be multiple food trucks set up by the students - Come join us for the fun and support our Bulldogs!!!

We love our Bulldogs - whether it is through the school or outside our community they give their all!!! Congrats National Dance Champions!!!! Last weekend the Lovitt girls competed nationally - Teah's Black Suits team won National Champion for her Intermediate level plus Judges Award for her and Callie's Spies Dance. Amber was awarded All-American status twice for 2 separate dances. The girls finished no lower than 3rd in any dance in their levels!!

DISTRICT TENNIS - CONGRATS Boys Dawson Richards district champion in singles – going to state Boys team of Dawson Richards , Howie Rushton, Spencer Romans, and Brady Cooper were Boys district champions !!! Girls Nyssa girls team sent the most participants ever to district championships – congrats to Mary Esplin, Belle Wagstaff, London Hartley, Sabrina Estevez, and Gabi Ureiro-Galvez

Senior Banner Update - we have zip ties and will be out to start hanging those around 225pm today if anyone is available to help!!!

Senior banners are here!!!! If any senior parents have about 335 zip ties and some free time I would absolutely welcome the help getting them out on the fence this year!!! Please just stop by the front office and we will be happy to help you!!!

NHS Parents of students receiving an award tonight. You should have received a yellow postcard in the mail letting you know your student would be honored tonight. Please have your student to the auditorium by 6:45. Students receiving an award need to sit on the right side of the auditorium. Families are welcome to sit in the middle seating and left side. Following the ceremony there will be a senior slideshow and refreshments.

Nyssa High School Families, Our Annual NHS Awards Banquet is tonight, May 10, at 7:00pm. All students receiving awards should arrive at 6:45. This is a great occasion to celebrate our youth and their many amazing accomplishments. We hope to see you there.
