Vaccine Clinic today, 1/11/24 @ the Elementary School MAC Hall 3:30-6:00pm. Students can receive their school vaccinations. State Exclusion Day is coming up. Make sure your student is up to date on their vaccinations and avoid them being excluded from school. Flu vaccines and COVID (Moderna) vaccines available. Hello All, MCHD will be on campus this Thursday, Jan 11,2024 for a vaccination clinic. Hours will be 3:30-6pm in Mac Hall on the elementary campus. Students are able to get school vaccinations and be up to date prior to the county vaccine exclusion day. If your student is in need of a vaccination, and I haven’t already contacted you, please email me so I can get them on the list. Vaccination records are viewable through parent Vue. Staff are able to get vaccinated as well. If you are interested in a Flu shot, COVID vaccine (Moderna only) or a Shingles vaccination, please email me as soon as possible and MCHD states they will be able to bring them along. They only have 9 shingles vaccines available at this time. It will be first come first serve. Staff will need to bring their insurance card with them. For shingles, people need to be 50 years and over. MCHD cannot bill Medicare unless you have a secondary. There will be a copay, but MCHD will have to discuss this one on one as it depends on your insurance. For booking to receive vaccinations, please email me.
